ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 Series: Nepal Falls to the US by 3 Wickets

Nepal suffered a defeat against the United States in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 Series. In the match held at Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas, Texas, the US beat Nepal by three wickets.

The US chased down Nepal’s target of 287 runs in 49.4 overs with the loss of seven wickets. Earlier, Nepal, invited to bat first after losing the toss, posted 286 runs in 50 overs, losing all their wickets.

Nepal’s next match is against Scotland on Tuesday. The team currently stands seventh in the League 2 table with three points from nine matches, recording seven losses, one win, and one no-result.

The United States is in second place with 14 points from 10 matches, including seven wins. Canada tops the standings with 16 points from 12 matches.
