Nepal PM attends National Day Music Concert organised at Durbar Marg in Kathmandu today to mark Constitution Day

On the occasion of Constitution Day, a ‘National Day Concert’ has been organised at the Durbar Marg in Kathmandu today. Prime Minister of Nepal K P Sharma Oli accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel and Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak attended the National Day Concert to mark Constitution Day.

In the event venue, Prime Minister Oli waved the national flag and exchanged greetings of the Constitution Day with the participants of the concert.

Citizens overwhelmed by national sentiments waved national flags, painted their face with Nepali flag and national flower lali guras and sang patriotic songs along with the orchestra. Durbar Marg was completely jam packed with people feasting, drinking and clicking pictures. The event started with an orchestra performance by musical bands from the Nepal Police, Nepal Army and Armed Police Force.

Thirty Two artists gave performances reflecting the representation of all seven provinces. Kutumb band and other artists including Anand Karki, Kunti Moktan, Devika Bandana, Sugam Pokharel, Deepak Limbu, Pramod Kharel, Suwani Moktan, Swapna Suman performed at the event.
