PM Modi calls elections a democratic celebration

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said elections are a big celebration in democracy and an opportunity to inculcate the values of democracy in the minds of future generations.

In an interview to DD News, PM Modi opined that government or political parties should give an account of their work to the public. He said he regards elections as a kind of campaign to meet the people. He also said that he take any form of criticism very seriously.

PM Modi spoke in depth about the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. He said that all his energy is directed towards a Viksit Bharat. He added that India’s unprecedented growth and development over the last decade is also to empower the deprived.
