Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated every year to mark the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who is also known as the ‘Father of the Nation.’ The entire nation pays tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on this day, which is observed as a national holiday.
