Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, in New Delhi on Monday.
The event, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), will take place from March 17 to March 19.
New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, currently on an official visit to India, will serve as the Chief Guest for the inaugural session and deliver the keynote address, according to a statement from the Ministry of External Affairs.
The three-day dialogue will bring together a diverse group of global stakeholders, including current and former heads of state, ministers, lawmakers, diplomats, military leaders, business executives, academics, and representatives from multilateral organizations. This year, the event is expected to host nearly 3,500 participants from around 125 countries.
Themed “Kālachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” the 2025 edition of the dialogue aims to foster meaningful conversations on key global issues. Deliberations will center around six thematic pillars: ‘Politics Interrupted: Shifting Sands and Rising Tides’, ‘Resolving the Green Trilemma: Who, Where and How’, ‘Digital Planet: Agents, Agencies and Absences’, ‘Militant Mercantilism: Trade, Supply Chains and the Exchange Rate Addiction’, ‘The Tiger’s Tale: Rewriting Development with a New Pen’, and ‘Investing in Peace: Drivers, Institutions and Leadership’.
