Reforms, welfare and cultural pride shaping India’s new story: Articles shared by PM Modi

A series of articles by prominent personalities has highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25-year public life, his approach to development and welfare, and his vision of a prosperous and self-reliant India.

The Prime Minister’s Office, in a series of posts on X, highlighted key observations from the articles written by Rajya Sabha member Swapan Dasgupta, spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi Ji and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

In his article, Swapan Dasgupta writes that Prime Minister Modi has recrafted India’s story by moving beyond traditional binaries and bringing together areas such as economic reforms and welfare, cultural pride and technology.

The article highlights the role of targeted welfare delivery and digital platforms alongside economic reforms, presenting them as complementary elements of India’s development journey.

The Prime Minister’s Office said Dasgupta’s article examines how these different aspects have been brought together in the country’s evolving development narrative.

In another article, Mata Amritanandamayi Ji reflects on the vision of a prosperous Bharat while preserving the country’s cultural heritage.

The article highlights the focus on social reform, cleanliness, women’s empowerment, youth and environmental protection, along with efforts in education, healthcare and sanitation.

It underlines the importance of balancing economic and social development with the preservation of India’s cultural heritage.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, in his article, describes Prime Minister Modi’s 25 years in public life as a journey centred on service, development and nation-building.

The article traces the journey from Gujarat to Delhi and highlights the emphasis on infrastructure, technology, welfare and cultural heritage in shaping India’s development trajectory.

It also looks ahead to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, with a focus on building a stronger and self-reliant India.

The Prime Minister’s Office, while highlighting the three articles, said they offer perspectives on India’s development journey, social transformation, cultural heritage and the vision for the country’s future.
