India, US to finalize ₹32,000 crore deal for 31 predator drones and MRO facility

India and the United States are set to sign a ₹32,000 crore agreement on Tuesday for the acquisition of 31 Predator drones and the establishment of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in India. According to defense officials, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) approved the procurement last week. NDRF, IAF actively involved in flood relief efforts in Andhra, Telangana; over 18,000 evacuated: MHA official

The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and Indian Air Force (IAF) are actively involved in relief and rescue operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Sanjeev Kumar Jindal, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, said on Friday.
