India, Nepal to begin annual border talks today

The heads of India and Nepal’s border guarding forces will meet in New Delhi from November 12 to 14 for the 9th Annual Coordination Meeting between the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and the Armed Police Force (APF) of Nepal. Incessant rain in Kathmandu floods river, many area in the valley waterlogged

The flood occurred in different rivers in the Kathmandu Valley following heavy rain for the whole of Tuesday night, which has affected normal life in Kathmandu Valley.
