Bihar records 60.40% voter turnout till 3 p.m. in second phase of Assembly polls
Bihar witnessed a strong voter response in the second phase of Assembly elections, recording a turnout of 60.40 per cent till 3 p.m. on Tuesday, according to data from the Election Commission of India (ECI). The highest voter turnout was reported from Kishanganj district at 66.10 per cent, followed by Purnia (64.22 per cent), Katihar (63.80 per cent), Jamui (63.33 per cent) and Banka (63.03 per cent).
