Bangladesh faces surge in dengue cases as six more die, over 24,000 infected this year

In Bangladesh, dengue cases are increasing day by day. On Sunday, six more people died of dengue in 24 hours while 926 more patients were hospitalised with viral fever. According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the death toll from the mosquito-borne disease in Bangladesh reached to 131 this year.
