Bihar records 31.38% voter turnout till 11 a.m. in second phase of Assembly polls
Bihar is witnessing enthusiastic voter participation in the second phase of Assembly elections. As per the Election Commission of India, the state recorded a voter turnout of 31.38 per cent till 11 a.m. on Tuesday, which is higher than the 27.65 per cent registered at the same time during the first phase of polling.
