Bihar is witnessing enthusiastic voter participation in the second phase of Assembly elections. Bihar Assembly Elections: 14.55% voter turnout recorded till 9 AM in second phase

A voter turnout of 14.55 per cent was recorded in the second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections till 9 a.m., according to data released by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
