Assembly Bypoll Results: Congress leads in Himachal and MP, Trinamool ahead in Bengal

With the counting of votes underway, the Congress has taken the lead in the Nalagarh and Dehra seats of Himachal Pradesh, as well as the Badrinath and Manglaur seats in Uttarakhand.
