Indian elections are indeed a miracle, created world record of 642 million voters: CEC Rajiv Kumar

India recorded the highest voter turnout in the world during the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Rajiv Kumar said on Monday.
