NDMC to install mist sprayers on electric poles to tackle air pollution

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has announced plans to install mist sprayers on electric poles as part of efforts to address air pollution. AQI in Delhi continues to remain ‘very poor’

The air quality in the national capital continued to remain in the 'very poor' category for the third day in a row, with the AQI recorded at 349 as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on Saturday at 7 a.m. AQI levels in different areas of Delhi were recorded as follows: 351 at Alipur, 351 at Burari Crossing, 377 at DTU, and 328 at ITO, according to CPCB data. Delhi pollution: Air quality again deteriorates to ‘severe’ category

After getting relief for two days, Delhi's air quality deteriorated again to the severe category on Saturday, with AQI crossing 400.
