ISRO to launch earth observation satellite on Independence Day
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will commemorate Independence Day by launching an Earth Observation Satellite (EOS) using a Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV). ISRO announced that the SSLV's third and final development flight is scheduled for August 15th at 9:17 A.M. from Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.
