Lok Sabha Elections: 10.35 pc Voter turnout recorded till 9 am, polling underway in 96 constituencies

As the voting for the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha election is underway in 96 constituencies, the total voter turnout till 9 am was recorded at 10.35 per cent.
