In view of deteriorating air quality levels in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on Tuesday invoked Stage-I of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) with immediate effect.
