Dengue cases rise across Tamil Nadu amid monsoon; Chennai worst-affected

Dengue cases are on the rise across Tamil Nadu with the onset of the monsoon, prompting the state government to intensify mosquito-control and disease-surveillance measures. UP govt doctors can now serve till 70 through reappointment: Dy CM
