Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh launches genetically improved “Amrit Catla” in Bhubaneswar

Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh has introduced "Amrit Catla," a genetically enhanced strain of Catla fish, during an event at the ICAR-Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (ICAR-CIFA) in Bhubaneswar.
