India’s Haj quota rises to 1.75 lakh in 2025: Minority Affairs Ministry

The Ministry of Minority Affairs (MoMA) on Tuesday announced that India’s Haj quota for 2025 has been increased to 1,75,025, as allocated by Saudi Arabian authorities – a significant rise from 1,36,020 in 2014. India's Minister of Minority Affairs, Kiran Rijiju, signed the Haj Agreement 2025 with Saudi Arabia's Minister for Hajj and Umrah, Dr Tawfiq Bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, in Jeddah today.
