Asian Games: Manpreet Kaur wins bronze in women’s shot put, Krishna finishes fifth
Indian veteran athlete Manpreet Kaur won the bronze medal in the women's shot put at the Asian Games after producing a best throw of 17.17 metres at the Nagoya City Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium on Friday. Manpreet registered the mark with her fourth attempt to finish third behind China's Song Jiayuan, who won gold, and Zhang Linru, who took silver.
