India’s industrial output grows 7.3% in June; manufacturing expands 7.8%

India's industrial production registered a 7.3 per cent year-on-year growth in June 2026, up from the 5.1 per cent growth recorded in May, according to the Quick Estimates of the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) released by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI).
