ISIS terrorist Rizwan Ali arrested in Delhi with arms, ammunition ahead of Independence Day

The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested Rizwan Ali, a wanted terrorist with alleged ISIS connections, on August 8, just days before the Independence Day celebrations in the national capital.
