Blue Origin to fly Katy Perry to edge of space with all-female crew

Pop star Katy Perry, along with five other women, is set to make history by traveling to the edge of space on Monday evening aboard Jeff Bezos’ aerospace venture Blue Origin’s tourist mission. The six-member crew is scheduled to lift off on the company’s reusable New Shepard rocket — NS-31 — from Launch Site One in West Texas at 8:30 a.m. CDT (7:00 p.m. IST).
