India’s real estate sector growth outlook firms up: report

There is rising confidence in the growth of India’s real estate sector over the next six months, according to a Knight Frank-NAREDCO survey released on Friday. In the residential market, optimism prevails as 62 per cent of respondents anticipate a rise in residential prices, supported by consistent demand, mainly from the luxury segment, with a ticket size of Rs 10 million and above.
