Rain batters UP: Schools shut in Lucknow, flood alert in multiple districts
All government and private schools from Classes 1 to 12 in Lucknow will remain closed on Monday amid heavy rainfall, District Magistrate Visakh G. Iyer announced on Sunday. The closure comes as several districts in Uttar Pradesh continue to face waterlogging and rising river levels due to continuous downpours.
