Heavy rain forecast for 11 Tamil Nadu districts today; temperatures likely to rise

Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds is likely at isolated places in 11 Tamil Nadu districts and Karaikal on Wednesday, the Meteorological Department said.
