IIT Madras, Agriculture Ministry to partner on project VISTAAR to empower farmers

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has announced a collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare on Project VISTAAR (Virtually Integrated System to Access Agricultural Resources).
