AFSPA extended in parts of Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh for six months
The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA), which allows certain areas to be declared as "disturbed" to facilitate security operations, has been extended for six more months in parts of Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
