The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) will conduct the 5th Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign across 2,000 cities and districts in the country from November 1 to 30. The department has issued guidelines for the campaign through an Office Memorandum (O.M.) dated August 13.
