IRCTC’s upgraded system to handle over 1.5 lakh bookings and 40 lakh enquiries per minute
Indian Railways is set to introduce a new Passenger Reservation System (PRS) by the end of this year, aiming to make the ticket booking process faster, smarter and more passenger-friendly.
