Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday proposed a state budget of Rs 2.23 lakh crore for 2026-27, a 10.28 per cent increase over the revised estimate of Rs 2.02 lakh crore for 2025-26, with a focus on strengthening the rural economy.
