Dengue cases rise across Tamil Nadu amid monsoon; Chennai worst-affected

  Dengue cases are on the rise across Tamil Nadu with the onset of the monsoon, prompting the state government to intensify mosquito-control and disease-surveillance measures. Cabinet approves five railway multitracking projects worth Rs 10,021 crore across four states
