Uttarakhand: Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple inundated as Tamsa River swells after heavy rainfall in Dehradun
Heavy overnight rainfall in Dehradun district caused the Tamsa river to swell, inundating the Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple, one of the city’s most revered shrines.
