First randomisation of EVM-VVPATs for phase-I of Bihar assembly elections completed

The first randomisation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) units for Phase I of the upcoming Assembly elections in Bihar has been completed.
