Veteran BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani, who was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on Wednesday, was discharged on Thursday afternoon.
The 96-year-old leader was evaluated by a team of doctors from different specialties, including urology, cardiology, and geriatric medicine.
Advani was admitted for old age-related issues in the old private ward of AIIMS around 10:30 pm on Wednesday. He was discharged around 2 pm on Thursday.
“He was treated under Dr. Amlesh Seth and was under observation. His condition is now completely stable,” hospital sources said.
