Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's official Twitter handle has surpassed 25 million followers, breaking new ground in social media popularity. It's worth noting that Yogi's appeal crosses national boundaries. Several politicians and celebrities have yet to attain this level of social media followers. 

He is also the first Chief Minister on Twitter to reach this milestone. Yogi has reached this milestone in eight years. In September 2015, he started his own Twitter handle.

Since taking power in Uttar Pradesh in 2017, his popularity has skyrocketed due to his major changes in law and order, as well as growth and excellent administration in the state. Yogi has 25 million Twitter followers, joining the ranks of senior politicians such as Prime Minister Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah.

All social media platforms are used by the Chief Minister. He also has a significant number of Koo app followers. He is often regarded as the most socially engaged Chief Minister and politician.
