Former President Ram Nath Kovind to inspire graduates at IIMC Convocation

The prestigious event will be graced by the presence of former President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, who is slated to deliver the Convocation address.

The ceremony, scheduled to commence at 10:00 AM, will be attended by key figures such as the Chairman of IIMC, R Jagannathan, and the Director General, Dr. Anupama Bhatnagar. Faculty members from IIMC New Delhi and its five regional centers in Dhenkanal, Aizawl, Amravati, Kottayam, and Jammu will also be actively participating in the event.

Highlighting the academic achievements, Post Graduate Diploma certificates will be conferred upon the IIMC students from both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 batches. Additionally, 65 outstanding students from these batches will be honored with various medals.

IIMC, established in 1965, stands as a premier institution in India, offering specialized education in the field of media and communication. The institute provides PG Diploma courses in a diverse range of disciplines, including Hindi Journalism, English Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Radio and Television, Digital Media, Odia Journalism, Marathi Journalism, Malayalam Journalism, and Urdu Journalism.
