PM Modi to distribute 51,000 job offer letters via video conference tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute over 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited employees across various government departments through a video conference on November 30, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said in a statement on Tuesday.

The initiative, known as 'Rozgar Mela,' will be conducted simultaneously at 37 locations nationwide. The recruitment drive extends across central government departments, state governments, and Union Territories actively participating in the employment-generation campaign, as per the PMO.

The selected recruits, hailing from different parts of the country, will be joining various ministries/departments, including the Ministry of Railways, Department of Posts, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Revenue, Department of Higher Education, Department of School Education and Literacy, and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, among others.

The newly appointed individuals will also have the chance to undergo training through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. Over 750 e-learning courses are available in an 'anywhere, any device' learning format.
