In a social media post on December 18, PM Modi invited citizens to share their creative fitness routines and nutrition-related information as part of the Fit India campaign. He emphasized the significance of Fit India as a cause close to the hearts of the country's youth.

The Mann Ki Baat episode featured discussions with young individuals involved in new health startups and those embracing traditional Indian exercise styles. PM Modi encouraged sharing experiences related to fitness journeys, nutrition, and the promotion of spiritual well-being through meditation and yoga.

The Prime Minister also hinted at addressing various subjects in the coming year, including the election results of five states, the passage of three criminal bills in parliament, and the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

PM Modi initiated the Fit India Movement on August 29, 2019, with the aim of promoting physical activities such as exercise, sports, and jogging to keep the population physically fit and healthy.

Mann Ki Baat, which first aired on October 3, 2014, with a time limit of 14 minutes, has evolved over the years. In June 2015, the duration was extended to 30 minutes. On April 30, 2023, the 100th episode was broadcasted, with the program being available in 23 languages and 29 dialects. The broadcast extends to 11 foreign languages, including French, Pashto, and Chinese.

In the 107th episode on November 26, PM Modi paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the 26/11 attacks, emphasizing that the nation will never forget that tragic day.

As we bid farewell to 2023, PM Modi's Mann Ki Baat serves as a reflection on the year's achievements, challenges, and the vision for a healthier and more engaged India. The program continues to be a platform for the Prime Minister to connect with the citizens, sharing insights, and fostering a sense of unity and participation in national development.
