President Murmu, Prime Minister Modi extend New Year greetings, wish prosperity for all

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday extended New Year wishes to the nation, expressing hopes for a splendid year ahead. Wishing for prosperity, peace, and good health for all, PM Modi shared his sentiments through a post on his social media account.

The PM in his Mann Ki Baat on December 31, also shared the new year wish. He said that with the new year amd first sunrise of 2024, we have to resolve to move forward afresh, with new energy and at a faster pace.

President Droupadi Murmu also joined in conveying New Year greetings to the nation. Taking to her social media account on X (formerly Twitter), she wished for happiness, peace, and prosperity for everyone in the upcoming year. The President urged a renewed commitment to contributing to inclusive and sustainable development as the nation welcomes the New Year.
