Lok Sabha Elections: 24.87 pc Voter turnout recorded till 11 am; West Bengal records highest, J-K lowest

With voting for the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha election underway in 96 constituencies across nine states and one Union Territory, a voter turnout of 24.87 per cent was recorded by 11 am.
