Mohan Charan Majhi sworn in as first BJP chief minister of Odisha

Mohan Charan Majhi took the oath as chief minister of Odisha's first Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government on Wednesday, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
