The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in response to a plea filed by former Delhi cabinet minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyender Jain. Arvind Kejriwal gets bail in Delhi excise policy ED case

The Rouse Avenue court granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the Delhi excise policy. Vacation judge Nyay Bindu granted bail to Kejriwal on furnishing bail bond of Rs one lakh. The court refused the request of ED to postpone the process of filing a bail bond for 48 hours. Delhi court sends BRS leader K Kavitha to judicial custody in excise case

The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi on Monday sent Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K Kavitha to judicial custody till April 23 in connection with the excise policy case.
