Sanchar Saathi recovers over 50,000 mobile phones in October, total crosses 7 lakh

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on Tuesday said that more than 50,000 lost and stolen mobile phones were recovered across the country in October through its digital safety platform Sanchar Saathi. Sanchar Saathi app hits 50 lakh downloads

The Sanchar Saathi mobile app has crossed 50 lakh downloads as on August 2025 since its launch on 17th January 2025, according to a report.
