UAE Minister of AI, Omar Sultan Al Olama, Foresees Revolutionary Impact of AI on Global Media

In a visionary outlook on the future of media, UAE's Minister of Artificial Intelligence, Omar Sultan Al Olama, predicts a transformative era for global agencies. Speaking at the Global Media Congress 2023,  Al Olama highlighted the immense potential for the media sector, emphasizing the unprecedented scale at which content can now be produced, tailored directly to consumers, and translated into any language with unparalleled accuracy.

According to Al Olama, this technological prowess enables media entities to disseminate content on an even broader scale. However, he emphasized the critical need for media outlets worldwide to focus on becoming accredited and trusted sources for accurate information. Recognizing the impending impact of misinformation on society, Al Olama stressed the significance of being authentic platforms that prioritize the distribution of genuine content. 

Al Olama asserted that entities committed to being true and reliable sources stand to be the greatest beneficiaries in this rapidly evolving media landscape, poised to navigate the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities presented by advancements in artificial intelligence.
