The UAE government’s Amnesty 2024 scheme, which provides overstaying foreigners an opportunity to regularize their visa status or exit the country without penalties, is set to conclude on October 31, with no extension announced.

Officials clarified that the two-month amnesty, which began on September 1, will not be extended beyond the deadline. Overstaying expatriates are urged to take advantage of this final opportunity.
