Commenced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 15 from Khunti, Jharkhand, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra aims to generate awareness among citizens about various welfare schemes and encourage their active participation in the spirit of “Jan Bhagidari” to ensure the complete implementation of schemes. This initiative stands as the largest-ever outreach effort by the Government of India and is set to cover 2.60 lakh Gram Panchayats and 4000+ urban local bodies across the nation by January 25, 2024.
